Starting weekly meetings to receive feedback
PTTI does not only care about the what the instructors have to say about the students. We believe that instructors are human too and require feedback. So to enhance the instructor's skills we ask our students to share their feedback and tell them where they are lagging. This way it does not only create a balance of learning but a transparent and comfortable environment for everyone.
