Welding is a process in which two or more parts are fused by pressure or heat. This welding work is usually done on metals or thermoplastics and sometimes wood. Equipment welding can be tricky. As a welder or cutting professional, safety is of utmost importance. The minimum safety requirements are hoods, aprons, sleeves, and gaiters to protect the wearer's head and feet. One of the most important things we learn in welding trade school is safely using the equipment. Welding trade school is a great place to learn about all the practices needed for safe welding.
